About the role

  • Creation and editing of marketing materials and product brochures, communication and event materials, as well as PR documents in accordance with the corporate design
  • Ensuring corporate design compliance for product and training presentations
  • Recording, controlling and management of all marketing materials, print and online
  • Coordination of service providers such as advertising agencies, printers, graphic designers, photographers and translation agencies
  • Conceptual development and graphic design of all media
  • Digital image and document editing in QuarkXPress and Photoshop
  • Ensuring the website is kept up to date
  • Content maintenance for the website, intranet and media assets
  • Project lead for video production and distribution on social media platforms such as YouTube
  • Implementation of advertising campaigns
  • Planning, coordination, organisation and controlling of trade show appearances at national industry exhibitions, conferences and symposia
  • Developing the event schedule in collaboration with management, product management and sales

Requirements

  • Affinity for medical technology
  • Vocational training in advertising/marketing, a relevant degree or equivalent substantial professional experience
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strong customer focus with an interest in sales activities
  • Business-fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Proficient user of the MS Office suite (Word, Excel)
  • Practical experience with Photoshop or comparable image-editing software
  • Practical experience with QuarkXPress or comparable graphic design software
  • Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Professional
  • Experience with CMS systems; Typo3 & WordPress are advantageous
  • Knowledge of digital printing is a plus
