About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and manage relationships with current and prospective member organizations, serving as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
Drive membership growth through new member acquisition and cross-sell opportunities via expanded utilization of AAIS products and services.
Maintain an active pipeline of prospective member opportunities and strategic growth initiatives.
Conduct regular outreach with member executives and key stakeholders to understand business priorities, challenges, and future needs.
Collaborate with Product, Member Success, Marketing, and Strategic Partnerships teams to ensure members receive maximum value from their relationship with AAIS.
Identify opportunities to strengthen member engagement, improve retention, and expand strategic relationships.
Represent AAIS at industry conferences, member meetings, and relevant industry events.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5-7 years of property and casualty insurance industry experience.
Demonstrated success in business development, account management, client engagement, or relationship management roles.
Experience working directly with insurance carrier executives and decision-makers preferred.
Willingness to travel up to 30-50% of the time.
