About the role

Be a leader in the Healthcare team keeping up with changes in the industry and participating in conferences.
Supervise engagement team and prepare end-of-engagement evaluations for staff
Monitor and report regarding the productivity of staff, and adherence to work plan schedules on each assignment
Keep lines of communication open with staff and clients
Contribute to the firms thought leadership efforts in Healthcare
Anticipate and address client concerns, and escalate problems as they arise
Recognize and inform management of opportunities to increase level and types of services to clients and potential clients
Prepare all necessary financial statement and related disclosures and significant deficiencies letters, with an eye on quality, thoroughness, and accuracy
Lead the engagement team with an emphasis on collaboration, flexibility and valuing the differences in others

Bachelor's degree in Accounting
CPA preferred
5 - 7+ years of external auditing with healthcare experience within Public Accounting
