About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Be a leader in the Healthcare team keeping up with changes in the industry and participating in conferences.
  • Supervise engagement team and prepare end-of-engagement evaluations for staff
  • Monitor and report regarding the productivity of staff, and adherence to work plan schedules on each assignment
  • Keep lines of communication open with staff and clients
  • Contribute to the firms thought leadership efforts in Healthcare
  • Anticipate and address client concerns, and escalate problems as they arise

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • CPA preferred
  • 5 - 7+ years of external auditing with healthcare experience within Public Accounting
