About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the creation, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs that enhance organizational effectiveness and workforce development.
- Collaborate with learning and development professionals to design engaging training materials.
- Assist with delivering interactive learning experiences for frontline, operational, and leadership audiences.
- Contribute to the development of interactive and engaging learning experiences for diverse audiences.
- Conduct quality checks on instructional materials to ensure they meet established standards.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough quality checks on instructional materials.
- Interest in facilitation, workforce development, and operational or manufacturing learning environments.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support training delivery and learning events.
