About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive sales growth and business development within the High Purity segment in Denmark.
- Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities within target industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing.
- Understand customer technical requirements and propose suitable product and solution offerings.
- Prepare and present commercial offers, quotations, and solution proposals.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and internal technical teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and customer records within CRM systems.
- Monitor market developments, customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Achieve agreed sales targets, revenue objectives, and KPI expectations.
- Support contract discussions and commercial negotiations.
- Coordinate order follow-up, customer communication, and after-sales support.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or technical sales.
- Experience within High Purity, cleanroom, filtration, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, biotech, laboratory, process industry, or related technical sectors is highly preferred.
- Strong commercial mindset with demonstrated ability to generate and close new business.
- Technical understanding with the ability to translate customer needs into practical solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented working style.
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple customer opportunities simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Denmark.
