About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive sales growth and business development within the High Purity segment in Denmark.
  • Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities within target industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing.
  • Understand customer technical requirements and propose suitable product and solution offerings.
  • Prepare and present commercial offers, quotations, and solution proposals.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and internal technical teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and customer records within CRM systems.
  • Monitor market developments, customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets, revenue objectives, and KPI expectations.
  • Support contract discussions and commercial negotiations.
  • Coordinate order follow-up, customer communication, and after-sales support.
  • Represent the company at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry networking events.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or technical sales.
  • Experience within High Purity, cleanroom, filtration, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, biotech, laboratory, process industry, or related technical sectors is highly preferred.
  • Strong commercial mindset with demonstrated ability to generate and close new business.
  • Technical understanding with the ability to translate customer needs into practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented working style.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer opportunities simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken).
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Denmark.
