About the role
- Developing New Customized Product from scratch
- Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Purchasing key components, such as CPU, SSD, DRAM, GPU, CHASSIS and etc.
- Purchase order management, following up to make sure all details comply, and shipment is released by vendor on time
- Maintaining our ERP system (process management software program)
- Monitor vendor price changes and coordinate with Purchase Manager for assessment
- Support Purchase Manager (P-Trade PSM)
- All other relevant activities management may require
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (supply chain management, international business)
- Strong Product Management in IT&PC related field
- Good commercial awareness and judgement
- Familiar with building PCs
- Experience within purchase function is a plus
- Result driven and analytically minded
- Good at time management, ability to multitask, prioritize and respect deadlines
- Analytical skills accompanied with attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with ERP systems is preferred
- Knowledge in the IT & PC market, computing technology, x86 is considered as a plus
