Mid-level Content Analyst – Marketing
AACDContent Analyst contributing to AACD's strategic communication through diverse content creation and digital optimization. Engaging with public relations and maintaining brand presence across various platforms.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Strategic Planning and Branding, defining personas, the institution's tone of voice and the editorial calendar, ensuring AACD’s narrative is consistent across all touchpoints;
- Multi-format content production, creating texts for blogs, captions, video/podcast scripts, newsletters and various materials (e-books/infographics), coordinating spokespeople participation at events, and producing sustainability reports using copywriting techniques and AI support;
- Digital Presence Optimization (SEO and GEO), applying keyword strategies and scannability to ensure the organization’s content is found organically on search engines (Google) and AI platforms;
- Performance and Metrics Analysis, monitoring indicators (reach, clicks, conversions) and generating reports to adjust strategy based on results;
- Monitoring brand perception in the market and among the public through daily tracking and analysis of press clippings mentioning the organization;
- Curation, Editing and Internal Liaison, reviewing materials from third parties or other departments and liaising with leadership to turn technical subjects into accessible and engaging content.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed in Journalism, Social Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or related fields;
- Experience producing content for different channels and formats (social media, email marketing, blogs, websites, newsletters, scripts and campaigns);
- Knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research and content optimization for search engines;
- Experience in copywriting, storytelling and strategic writing focused on engagement and conversion;
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools applied to content creation, review, planning and optimization;
- Knowledge of digital marketing and content planning;
- Organization, strong deadline management and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook).
- **Differential:**
- Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, SEMrush, Google Trends or similar;
- Knowledge of content performance metrics and data analysis.
