Bookkeeper

• Responsible for monthly and annual closing routines;
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts;
• Manage the complete fixed assets cycle (acquisitions, disposals, transfers, issuance of invoices, and fixed asset movement records);
• Analyze monthly and annual balance sheets and trial balances;
• Account for and reconcile payroll;
• Account for and reconcile public funds;
• Support internal and external audits;
• Classify and reclassify accounting accounts;
• Assist other departments with accounting entries as needed;
• Provide support to other areas regarding the correct accounting treatment of transactions/events;
• Prepare and execute tax/accounting obligations, including ECD and ECF;
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.
