About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and primary contact for clients
- Deliver high-quality advice and seek the best outcomes for clients
- Act as an ambassador for the firm and develop internal and external networks

Requirements
What you’ll need- CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or level 4 equivalent) as a minimum
- Experience gained in a similar role
- Previous experience in financial services, operations, and technical roles
- Proven track record building client relationships
- Solid knowledge of the financial planning process and solutions
- Solid understanding of regulatory obligations for financial planners and firms
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage a wide range of client cases simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong commercial awareness
- Ability to identify improvements and communicate solutions
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to serve as a role model and set excellent standards
- Willingness to support the personal development of less experienced team members by sharing knowledge and feedback
