Prospect, pitch, and close new business with brand and agency partners across performance and innovation teams
Own the full sales cycle (pipeline development, solution selling, negotiation, and close)
Evangelize the GenAI media category, clearly articulating ProRata’s differentiation and value to marketers
Represent ProRata at client meetings, industry events, and thought leadership forums to grow awareness
Partner with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure client success, renewals, and upsell
Deliver market feedback to influence product roadmap, ad formats, and sales enablement
Consistently exceed revenue targets with a focus on scalable, repeatable business growth
Help shape go-to-market motion and drive the company’s early revenue growth and category leadership
Requirements
7-10 years in digital media or AdTech sales with a record of exceeding targets at emerging platforms or high-growth startups
Proven success selling new or category-defining media formats (e.g., programmatic, CTV, native, performance)
Deep relationships with decision-makers at agencies and brands; strength in performance and innovation budgets is a plus
Skilled at educating clients and building confidence in non-traditional solutions
Strong communicator and consultative seller with excellent presentation skills
Thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
Passion for AI, media innovation, and performance-driven marketing
Employees are expected to have a reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup
Occasional travel (25%) to the office or to customers may be required
