About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage daily Car Care operations, including financial performance, payroll, expenses, inventory, staffing, and shop efficiency
  • Monitor sales and financial results, implementing action plans to achieve performance and profitability goals
  • Recruit, develop, schedule, coach, and manage employees to maintain productivity, quality, and customer service standards
  • Partner with Area/Regional leadership on hiring, compensation, promotions, performance management, and terminations
  • Deliver a positive customer experience by resolving concerns, addressing complaints, and identifying opportunities to meet additional member/customer needs
  • Maintain a safe, compliant workplace by enforcing safety standards, investigating incidents, and implementing corrective actions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma, GED, and/or technical school certification required
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Two or more years of leadership experience, including managing direct reports and delivering face-to-face customer service
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to analyze performance, identify opportunities, assess risks, and make sound business decisions
  • Proven ability to lead teams, build effective partnerships, and achieve results through collaboration and accountability
  • Results-oriented leader who takes initiative, thinks strategically, and aligns decisions with organizational goals
  • Effective communicator who builds productive relationships with leaders, peers, employees, partners, and customers to drive business success
