Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years business systems analysis experience
  • Bachelor's degree in related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience or BSA Certification
  • Knowledge of insurance business (e.g., Personal Lines, Commercial Auto and Claims, Operations)
  • Proficient knowledge and experience using diagramming techniques tools (e.g., UML, Visio, Lucidchart, draw.io, iGrafx, Miro Guidewire, Pricing tools)
  • Strong collaboration skills across divisions and functions, including end users, developers, testers, and analysts
