- Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on user needs and business systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years business systems analysis experience
- Bachelor's degree in related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience or BSA Certification
- Knowledge of insurance business (e.g., Personal Lines, Commercial Auto and Claims, Operations)
- Proficient knowledge and experience using diagramming techniques tools (e.g., UML, Visio, Lucidchart, draw.io, iGrafx, Miro Guidewire, Pricing tools)
- Strong collaboration skills across divisions and functions, including end users, developers, testers, and analysts
