About the role
- Query data for various ad-hoc data needs
- Identify trends and perform in-depth analyses to uncover underlying drivers
- Provide clear, actionable insights to peers, managers, and leadership
- Design, develop, and deploy KPIs to track Service Quality, Productivity, Frequency, and Severity
- Develop reports to track new initiatives, annual performance goals, and provide analysis for recent results
- Work on multiple projects and ad-hoc requests each week
Requirements
- Experience in a traditional data or analytics corporate environment
- Ability to learn new methodologies, databases, and analytical tools
- Excellent skills in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent Tableau and SQL skills. Tableau/SQL certification is a plus
- Excellent experience with Python and Jupyter Notebooks
- Ability to analyze, organize and shift priorities to meet the needs of your manager/supervisor
