Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a business function expert on multiple teams
Identify business aspects of projects needing modification
Provide guidance/training to improve team performance
Develop and analyze data models and reports
Conduct application/technology demonstrations
Provide expert advice to team members/business partners
Lead complex analysis and make recommendations for solutions
Develop project/business objectives and requirements
Update project status to management
Create and revise documentation regarding project activities
Define test strategy/approach for department/project
Liaise between department/project and internal/external contacts

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent
Project coordination and/or leadership experience
Business planning and consulting skills
Experience in researching, analyzing, identifying, and resolving complex business problems
Skills in developing data models using spreadsheet applications
Proficiency in PC software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, MS Project)
Knowledge of project management tools (GANTT, Pert charts, Project Professional, MS Project)
Excellent organizational and decision-making skills
Ability to analyze, compile, and interpret data
Strong presentation and material preparation skills
Excellent communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
PMP designation or related professional certification preferred
Knowledge of Salesforce and Axis is a plus
