Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process while delivering high-quality, candidate-centered experience and building strong partnerships with hiring managers
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to develop effective hiring strategies, refine role requirements
- Meet or exceed recruitment goals aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Support and enhance the employer brand by using modern sourcing tools and best practices
- Utilize HR systems such as Workday, Phenom CRM, and Microsoft Office tools to manage recruiting activities efficiently
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a related field
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in either agency or in-house environments
- Preferred Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification or similar credential
- Occasional travel to off-site business meetings or conferences (5% proficiency)
