Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process while delivering high-quality, candidate-centered experience and building strong partnerships with hiring managers
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance
Partner with hiring managers and HR to develop effective hiring strategies, refine role requirements
Meet or exceed recruitment goals aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs)
Support and enhance the employer brand by using modern sourcing tools and best practices
Utilize HR systems such as Workday, Phenom CRM, and Microsoft Office tools to manage recruiting activities efficiently

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a related field
Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in either agency or in-house environments
Preferred Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification or similar credential
Occasional travel to off-site business meetings or conferences (5% proficiency)
