About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supports the strategy, administration, and day-to-day delivery of associate benefit programs, including health and welfare plans.
- Serves as an important connection point between associates, internal teams, vendors, and consultants.
- Assists with program analysis, benchmarking, compliance, employee communications, issue resolution, and annual processes such as open enrollment.
- Tracks benefit-related questions, issues, and escalations, and follows up with carriers, vendors, or internal partners to support timely resolution.
- Processes and verifies benefit claims, billing, invoices, and payments to support accurate administration and timely issue resolution.
- Leads and supports associate benefits education, including open enrollment meetings, lunch and learns, wellness events, and other presentations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in benefits administration, human resources, or a closely related area required.
- Relevant professional certification, such as Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), preferred.
