About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manages and directs the daily operation of a moderate-sized branch office
- Provides highest quality of customer service to members and customers
- Meets revenue goals
- Recruits, trains, and develops a highly motivated and effective team of employees
- Oversees daily activities of branch to provide the highest quality of customer service
- Investigates complaints, identifies potential problems and takes corrective action
- Accountable for effective, efficient budgeting and planning for assigned branch
- Controls costs; meets quarterly performance expectations in sales, employee productivity and member satisfaction
- Performs all necessary managerial functions to effectively manage assigned personnel
- Provides guidance, training, leadership and coaching
- Interprets policies and procedures and communicates changes
- Maintains a qualified staff
- Determines standards of performance to review progress
- Fosters a cooperative and harmonious working climate
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5 years’ experience in full range of managerial responsibilities
- College-level business education, or equivalent experience to include training courses beyond high-school level
- Ability to supervise, coach, motivate and develop staff
- Strong analytical skills
- Solid oral and written communication skills
