Requirements

What you’ll need

BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
8 years of relevant experience
Prosci Certification
Deep knowledge & validated application of change management processes and tools
Excellent analytical ability
Excellent facilitation skills
Strong solid understanding of project management methodologies
Proven application of change management practices for IT system implementations
