Key responsibilities & impact

Reporting to the Director, Product Innovation & Intelligence
Deliver actionable intelligence powered by artificial intelligence that drives data-driven decision-making within Product Strategy & Development
Use analytics and AI to shape decisions by equipping product managers with intelligence and predictive capabilities
Lead a team of analysts focused on building and deploying innovative AI and analytics solutions
Operationalize Data Science outputs and integrate new AI driven insight frameworks
Collaborate across multiple functions to translate business questions into analytics and AI requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of dynamic experience in product management, product delivery, or related disciplines
3–5+ years of direct people management experience leading product teams
Proven ability to lead others directly or indirectly, as demonstrated through 3+ years of leading teams, enterprise wide programs, or large cross-functional programs
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to lead teams to greater productivity and creativity
Exhibits exceptional intellectual curiosity and a relentless passion for continuous learning
Proven track record to lead and develop teams in matrixed, cross-functional environments
