About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and direct operations across 10+ Car Care locations, ensuring achievement of revenue growth, profitability, and quality performance targets
- Drive execution of district business plans, aligning store performance with company goals and strategic priorities
- Develop, coach, and hold accountable store leaders to achieve sales, service, and operational excellence
- Oversee staffing strategies, talent development, and retention efforts to build high-performing teams
- Ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction through consistent execution of AAA’s quality standards
- Monitor financial performance, analyze operational and sales reports, and implement action plans to address performance gaps
- Maintain oversight of all operational functions including inventory, purchasing, facility standards, and compliance
- Lead new store openings, relocations, and operational transitions within the district
- Partner cross-functionally with Retail, Finance, HR, and other business units to drive results and resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements, including OSHA and environmental standards
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and community stakeholders to enhance business growth
- Contribute to broader business line strategy as a key member of the leadership team
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of overall business experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume automotive retail environment
- Proven ability to manage multi-location operations and deliver strong P&L performance
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive performance improvements
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working cross-functionally and influencing at multiple levels of an organization
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business systems
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within assigned district using personal vehicle.
