About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and direct operations across 10+ Car Care locations, ensuring achievement of revenue growth, profitability, and quality performance targets
  • Drive execution of district business plans, aligning store performance with company goals and strategic priorities
  • Develop, coach, and hold accountable store leaders to achieve sales, service, and operational excellence
  • Oversee staffing strategies, talent development, and retention efforts to build high-performing teams
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction through consistent execution of AAA’s quality standards
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze operational and sales reports, and implement action plans to address performance gaps
  • Maintain oversight of all operational functions including inventory, purchasing, facility standards, and compliance
  • Lead new store openings, relocations, and operational transitions within the district
  • Partner cross-functionally with Retail, Finance, HR, and other business units to drive results and resolve issues
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements, including OSHA and environmental standards
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and community stakeholders to enhance business growth
  • Contribute to broader business line strategy as a key member of the leadership team
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 10+ years of overall business experience
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume automotive retail environment
  • Proven ability to manage multi-location operations and deliver strong P&L performance
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive performance improvements
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally and influencing at multiple levels of an organization
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business systems
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively within assigned district using personal vehicle.
