About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and direct operations across 10+ Car Care locations, ensuring achievement of revenue growth, profitability, and quality performance targets
Drive execution of district business plans, aligning store performance with company goals and strategic priorities
Develop, coach, and hold accountable store leaders to achieve sales, service, and operational excellence
Oversee staffing strategies, talent development, and retention efforts to build high-performing teams
Ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction through consistent execution of AAA’s quality standards
Monitor financial performance, analyze operational and sales reports, and implement action plans to address performance gaps
Maintain oversight of all operational functions including inventory, purchasing, facility standards, and compliance
Lead new store openings, relocations, and operational transitions within the district
Partner cross-functionally with Retail, Finance, HR, and other business units to drive results and resolve issues
Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements, including OSHA and environmental standards
Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and community stakeholders to enhance business growth
Contribute to broader business line strategy as a key member of the leadership team
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
10+ years of overall business experience
5+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume automotive retail environment
Proven ability to manage multi-location operations and deliver strong P&L performance
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive performance improvements
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Experience working cross-functionally and influencing at multiple levels of an organization
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business systems
Willingness and ability to travel extensively within assigned district using personal vehicle.
