About the role
- Implement ERM process, including risk identification, ownership, scoring, monitoring, reporting, mitigation quantification and planning.
- Supports Enterprise Risk Management annual planning process.
- Respond to external compliance and reporting requirements.
- Assist with preparation of standard Board reports and updates.
- Establish processes to monitor and track risks on an ongoing basis.
- Develop risk reporting mechanisms to provide timely and accurate information to management and stakeholders.
- Highlight emerging risks and trends for proactive risk management.
- Develop reports and analysis to support business decisions on enterprise programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination or education and experience.
- 6+ years of proven experience in insurance, financial analysis, actuarial, underwriting, or product management required.
- Prior experience in Enterprise Risk Management strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Solution-oriented problem solver with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate with all levels of personnel.
- Relevant certifications are preferred (e.g., ARM, ARe, CPCU, FRM, ACAS).
