About the role
- Partnering with the AAA Inc. Roadside Assistance Program (RAP) to define technology roadmaps.
- Prioritizing product features and overseeing the lifecycle management of enterprise applications.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Monitoring product performance using KPIs and analytics.
- Managing projects from concept through deployment.
- Engaging RAP leaders and vendors to drive change management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or computer science required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Seven (7) or more years’ experience in large, complex application implementations, product management, product planning, or equivalent experience related to product and software development cycles and engineering.
- Experience in Agile and SAFe environments, implementing and scaling Salesforce technologies.
- PROSCI Change Management Certification preferred.
