About the role
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
- Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and outcomes
- Collaborate with technology teams on solution design, system architecture, and data models.
- Support solution testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Develop and maintain clear documentation, including requirements, process flows, and user materials.
- Support end-user training and adoption of new systems
- Ensure solutions align with internal standards, industry requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in business or technical analysis.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and requirements management.
- Experience with data analysis tools, including Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field.
