About the role
- Grow partnerships – Identify and secure new opportunities, negotiate win-win agreements, and stay ahead of consumer trends to keep the program fresh and relevant.
- Manage relationships – Serve as the key contact for strategic partners, ensuring smooth integration, strong performance, and ongoing collaboration.
- Drive membership growth – Work with partners to expand AAA membership through their employee and customer channels.
- Lead a team – Mentor and develop a high-performing group, fostering a collaborative, results-driven environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, management, communications or related field required.
- Extensive experience in partnerships, business development, or marketing
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and negotiating strategic partnerships with top-tier brands.
- Prior budgeting, forecasting, and/or strategic planning experience required.
- Demonstrated experience in project management required.
- Staff management experience preferred.
