About the role

  • Define and execute the AI transformation vision and multi-year roadmap for Club Labs, aligning initiatives with enterprise business objectives and emerging technology capabilities.
  • Establish AI governance frameworks, policies, and best practices for Club Labs.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to non-technical business groups, identifying transformation opportunities, building AI literacy, and guiding adoption strategies that reimagine workflows rather than simply automate existing processes.
  • Maintain current knowledge of AI/ML technologies, large language models, and emerging digital capabilities.
  • Evaluate tools, platforms, and solutions for fit within the enterprise technology ecosystem.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing transformation team.
  • Cultivate relationships with internal business partners, technology teams, and external vendors.
  • Produce and deliver executive presentations that translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Inform the development and implementation of new processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision making and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field — Required
  • 10+ years in software/systems architecture, with demonstrated experience in AI/ML technologies or digital transformation — Required
  • 7–9 years management/supervisory experience — Preferred
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale transformation initiatives — Required
  • Experience with AI governance, responsible AI practices, or technology policy development — Preferred
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts including large language models, generative AI, and their practical business applications
  • Understanding of AI operationalization: model evaluation, deployment considerations, and integration patterns
  • Familiarity with data architecture principles and how they enable AI capabilities
  • Advanced ability to think strategically and translate vision into actionable roadmaps
  • Proven ability to lead through influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong executive communication skills—able to translate complex technical concepts for business audiences
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
