Senior Sales Specialist, Financial Services
AAA Northern California, Nevada & UtahSenior Sales Specialist providing training and coaching to drive sales results across AAA financial services. Collaborating with leaders and teams, executing training programs, and enhancing sales performance.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for providing sales training and coaching to drive results across all assigned Branch, Travel, Call Center, and Auto Repair locations.
- Act as subject matter expert (SME) and work closely with senior leaders, frontline managers, and team members to support day-to-day sales activity (virtually and in-person).
- Provide hands-on sales coaching and training support to ensure leaders and team members understand product design, usage, and deployment.
- Develop best practices and deliver sales coaching and training programs to enhance the skills and performance.
- Track individual and team performance, communicate insights, forecast results, and evaluate remediation plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all key stakeholders, including managers and team members, internal departments, and external partners.
- Represent Financial Services at special events and conferences.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and implement effective sales campaigns.
- Lead cross functional teams to develop marketing tools to help drive sales.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree plus 5 years (or High School diploma plus 12 years) experience in sales enablement, sales support, or related role
- 3+ years experience in a sales leadership role
- Valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of AAA products and systems (Preferred)
- 2+ years experience in the financial services industry (Preferred)
- 2+ years experience in the insurance industry (Preferred)
