About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for providing sales training and coaching to drive results across all assigned Branch, Travel, Call Center, and Auto Repair locations.
  • Act as subject matter expert (SME) and work closely with senior leaders, frontline managers, and team members to support day-to-day sales activity (virtually and in-person).
  • Provide hands-on sales coaching and training support to ensure leaders and team members understand product design, usage, and deployment.
  • Develop best practices and deliver sales coaching and training programs to enhance the skills and performance.
  • Track individual and team performance, communicate insights, forecast results, and evaluate remediation plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all key stakeholders, including managers and team members, internal departments, and external partners.
  • Represent Financial Services at special events and conferences.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and implement effective sales campaigns.
  • Lead cross functional teams to develop marketing tools to help drive sales.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree plus 5 years (or High School diploma plus 12 years) experience in sales enablement, sales support, or related role
  • 3+ years experience in a sales leadership role
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Knowledge of AAA products and systems (Preferred)
  • 2+ years experience in the financial services industry (Preferred)
  • 2+ years experience in the insurance industry (Preferred)
