About the role

  • Manage, mentor, and guide a team of marketing operations professionals focused on technical execution and platform management.
  • Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert for Product Marketers.
  • Own the tagging infrastructure using Tealium iQ. Ensure all digital properties are comprehensively tagged with highly accurate data layer attributes for Google Analytics.
  • Audit, review, and analyze both server-side and client-side event data to guarantee accuracy and consistency.
  • Architect and build personalized user experiences utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization.
  • Oversee the technical setup, onboarding, and configuration of new paid media platforms and advertising accounts.

Requirements

  • Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or combination of education and relevant experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience directly managing and leading technical teams, preferably within the marketing technology or marketing operations space
  • Preferred Qualifications A Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant Certification
