About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage, mentor, and guide a team of marketing operations professionals focused on technical execution and platform management.
Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert for Product Marketers.
Own the tagging infrastructure using Tealium iQ. Ensure all digital properties are comprehensively tagged with highly accurate data layer attributes for Google Analytics.
Audit, review, and analyze both server-side and client-side event data to guarantee accuracy and consistency.
Architect and build personalized user experiences utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization.
Oversee the technical setup, onboarding, and configuration of new paid media platforms and advertising accounts.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or combination of education and relevant experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience directly managing and leading technical teams, preferably within the marketing technology or marketing operations space
Preferred Qualifications A Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant Certification
