About the role

  • Provide legendary service to 100+ Member calls a day
  • Proactively offer valuable AAA products and services to meet member needs while following policies and procedures
  • Adhere to your assigned work schedule, including breaks and lunches
  • Exceed member expectations in a structured, goal-oriented sales environment
  • Receive career development and the opportunity to promote to other positions

Requirements

  • Excellent multitasking and computer skills; proficiency in written and verbal communication
  • A quiet, dedicated workspace that is free of distraction
  • A willingness to learn and the ability to actively listen and engage Members to overcome objections
  • Ability to directly connect to ISP via ethernet (No DSL, satellite, hot spots, etc).
  • Modem/router must be in the same room as the computer equipment.
  • Minimum 25 MBPS download and minimum 5 MBPS upload.
  • Schedule flexibility - our Call Center is open 8 AM - 10 PM (M-F) & 8 AM - 8 PM (weekends); also open on holidays
  • Successful completion of criminal background screen
