About the role

  • Harnessing data from across the organization to create automated, insightful reports and analyses
  • Evaluate processes, use advanced statistical methods, and develop models
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to shape data transformation initiatives
  • Streamline reporting processes and deliver impactful presentations to leadership and the board
  • Support the development, implementation, testing, documentation, and ongoing validation of reporting and data processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in Business Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related technical field
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer analytics
  • 3–5 years of experience using data to generate insights that support marketing strategies and enhance customer engagement
  • Experience using Power BI or Tableau for data visualization or dashboarding
  • Experience using SQL, Python, or a similar tool to query, analyze data and present results
  • 5+ years of experience in Excel
  • 2+ years of experience in insurance or financial services
