About the role
- Harnessing data from across the organization to create automated, insightful reports and analyses
- Evaluate processes, use advanced statistical methods, and develop models
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to shape data transformation initiatives
- Streamline reporting processes and deliver impactful presentations to leadership and the board
- Support the development, implementation, testing, documentation, and ongoing validation of reporting and data processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in Business Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related technical field
- 3-5 years of experience in customer analytics
- 3–5 years of experience using data to generate insights that support marketing strategies and enhance customer engagement
- Experience using Power BI or Tableau for data visualization or dashboarding
- Experience using SQL, Python, or a similar tool to query, analyze data and present results
- 5+ years of experience in Excel
- 2+ years of experience in insurance or financial services
