About the role
- Join AAA Life's Policy Admin team as a Product Owner to drive the biggest change in the company's history.
- Develop a deep understanding of the AAA Life product suite and lead a team to execute the product roadmap.
- Work cross-functionally with distribution, compliance, underwriting, and actuaries.
- Lead your own scrum team, advocate for user experiences, and manage product strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
- 5+ years of work experience with 3+ years as a product manager or product owner.
- Highly effective at building collaborative relationships across an organization.
- Strong understanding of agile principles and practices, with experience in managing backlogs, writing user stories, and facilitating sprints.
- Proficiency in agile tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly to various audiences.
