About the role

  • Refine and enable audience activation strategy across addressable marketing channels.
  • Implement, automate, and optimize cross-channel campaigns using campaign orchestration platforms (Adobe Journey Optimizer, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Responsys, Iterable).
  • Leverage generative AI to automate workflows, generate dynamic content, recommend optimizations, and enhance marketing efficiency.
  • Manage, analyze, and interpret customer and campaign data to deliver data-driven insights that improve targeting and increase campaign ROI.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and automated reports; present actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with MarTech and Data Engineering to integrate campaign systems with CDPs, CRMs, and data lakes.
  • Use experimental design (A/B testing, holdout groups) to recommend continuous improvements.
  • Stay current with marketing technology trends and pilot new tools/processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or campaign execution roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with tools such as Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Responsys, Iterable, or Adobe Journey Optimizer.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with generative AI technologies and their application in marketing workflows.
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance across channels (email, display, direct mail, social, etc.).
