About the role
- Design and produce visual assets for internal communication projects (posters, email banners, visuals for internal social channels, branded merchandise, office branding, etc.)
- Create visual content that aligns with the Group’s brand guidelines
- Ensure the quality and visual consistency of deliverables
- Create videos using PlayPlay, from shooting to editing
- Produce video content to support internal communication initiatives
- Refresh and modernize PowerPoint templates used in internal meetings
- Contribute to improving the intranet’s look and feel
- Assist with updating the intranet and publishing internal articles
- Propose new creative ideas to support internal communication objectives
- Help strengthen employee engagement through innovative visual content
Requirements
- Current student or holder of a Bachelor’s degree in design, graphic design, or communication
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, intuitive designs
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Figma (or equivalent) and Canva
- Experience in UX or animation is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and sense of aesthetic composition
- Curious, creative, and eager to learn
- Open-minded and able to work in an international environment
- English language skills are a plus
