• Design and produce visual assets for internal communications projects (posters, email banners, visuals for internal social channels, branded merchandise, office branding, etc.)
• Develop visual content consistent with the Group's brand guidelines
• Ensure the aesthetic quality and consistency of graphic deliverables
• Create and edit videos using PlayPlay, from capture to final edit
• Produce video content to support internal communications initiatives
• Contribute to modernizing the PowerPoint template used for internal meetings
• Continuously improve the intranet's look and feel
• Assist with updating the intranet and publishing internal articles
• Support the organization of internal activities and events at the Boulogne headquarters
• Propose new creative ideas to boost employee engagement
• Actively participate in the Group's internal communication projects

Graphic Designer Apprentice

Graphic Design Intern – 2-month internship

Analyst

• Design, maintain and enhance strategic HR dashboards.
• Analyze key HR data to produce relevant analyses and value-added recommendations.
• Respond to ad hoc analysis and reporting requests from HR teams and business stakeholders.
• Ensure the reliability, consistency and readability of HR data and HR deliverables.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR reporting processes.
• Participate in job evaluation activities (role documentation, job matching).
• Perform compensation analyses and benchmark studies, and provide recommendations on salary policy.
• Actively contribute to the annual salary review process, from data preparation to analysis.
• Maintain compensation structures and associated documentation.
• Administer and configure HR systems (Core HRIS, ATS).
• Automate HR processes and reporting to improve efficiency and the reliability of workflows.
• Ensure the integrity of HR data and compliance with internal processes and data protection rules.
• Take part in system testing, updates and continuous improvement projects.
• Serve as the point of contact for HR systems and data-related topics.
