Backend Engineer

• We are seeking a skilled and passionate Fullstack Engineer (Kotlin/Vue) to join our growing tech team in Casablanca. In this role, you will contribute to the development and evolution of our digital platforms, working across backend and frontend components in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• You will be responsible for building robust and scalable services with Kotlin, developing modern user interfaces with Vue, and collaborating closely with Product, Backend, Frontend, and Data/AI teams. You will leverage modern engineering practices to deliver secure, maintainable, and production-ready solutions.
• This position requires strong communication skills, high proficiency in written and spoken English, solid experience in fullstack development, and a good understanding of production-grade environments. You will report directly to the Engineering Manager (AI/Ops).

Learning and Development

• Design and develop engaging e-learning content in collaboration with Product Managers and SMEs
• Structure and implement learning paths aligned with training strategy
• Ensure consistency, quality, and relevance of training materials
• Identify outdated content and coordinate updates
• Manage the Customer Enablement Academy (users, access, content structure)
• Act as main point of contact for LMS-related topics
• Monitor learner engagement and suggest improvement actions
• Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve training programs
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Sales, SMEs) to gather training needs
• Support knowledge management initiatives and skill development programs
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of training processes and tools

Training Specialist – Replacement

Full-stack Engineer

• Lead high-complexity chassis cost benchmarks, design-to-cost (DtC) studies, and system-level analyses
• Develop cost structures aligned with industrial process flows and costing guidelines
• Apply and challenge bottom-up costing and DtC methodologies
• Analyze product design, materials (steel, aluminum, substitution strategies), manufacturing processes, tooling, purchased components, and supply chain logic
• Identify key cost drivers (materials, tooling investment, cycle time, energy, labor, logistics)
• Ensure analytical rigor, traceability, and consistency in deliverables
• Translate complex technical analyses into clear business insights and recommendations
• Act as a key technical interface with customers and internal stakeholders
• Lead technical deep-dive discussions and support design-to-cost initiatives
• Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge sharing across teams
• Contribute to the development of costing standards, tools, and methodologies
