About the role
- Design and produce visual assets for internal communications projects (posters, email banners, visuals for internal social channels, branded merchandise, office branding, etc.)
- Develop visual content consistent with the Group's brand guidelines
- Ensure the aesthetic quality and consistency of graphic deliverables
- Create and edit videos using PlayPlay, from capture to final edit
- Produce video content to support internal communications initiatives
- Contribute to modernizing the PowerPoint template used for internal meetings
- Continuously improve the intranet's look and feel
- Assist with updating the intranet and publishing internal articles
- Support the organization of internal activities and events at the Boulogne headquarters
- Propose new creative ideas to boost employee engagement
- Actively participate in the Group's internal communication projects
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Graphic Design, Design, or Communications
- Hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Design and/or Communications
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, intuitive designs
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Good command of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Figma (or equivalent) and Canva
- Experience in UX or motion/animation is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and sense of aesthetic composition
- Curiosity, creativity and eagerness to learn
- Open-mindedness and ability to work in an international environment
- Fluent English is required
