About the role

  • Design, maintain and enhance strategic HR dashboards.
  • Analyze key HR data to produce relevant analyses and value-added recommendations.
  • Respond to ad hoc analysis and reporting requests from HR teams and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure the reliability, consistency and readability of HR data and HR deliverables.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR reporting processes.
  • Participate in job evaluation activities (role documentation, job matching).
  • Perform compensation analyses and benchmark studies, and provide recommendations on salary policy.
  • Actively contribute to the annual salary review process, from data preparation to analysis.
  • Maintain compensation structures and associated documentation.
  • Administer and configure HR systems (Core HRIS, ATS).
  • Automate HR processes and reporting to improve efficiency and the reliability of workflows.
  • Ensure the integrity of HR data and compliance with internal processes and data protection rules.
  • Take part in system testing, updates and continuous improvement projects.
  • Serve as the point of contact for HR systems and data-related topics.

Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources, management, finance or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables); Power BI or an equivalent tool is a plus.
  • Previous experience in compensation & benefits, HR analytics or HR reporting is an advantage.
  • Ability to work with data in a rigorous and confidential manner.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
