About the role

  • - Manage and develop long-term relationships with strategic customers

Requirements

  • - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • - Experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or similar customer-facing technical roles
  • - Proven ability to manage complex, enterprise-level customer relationships
  • - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical and usage data
  • - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • - Ability to work in a dynamic, international, and fast-moving environment
  • - Fluent German (native or near-native level) and fluent English are mandatory
