About the role
- Develop and grow business with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers in Germany
- Identify, qualify, and convert new opportunities into long-term customers
- Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts and drive renewal cycles
- Lead full commercial processes (prospecting, meetings, demos, proposals, negotiation, closing)
- Build a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics
- Collaborate with Inside Sales teams to support pipeline development
- Work closely with Product and Delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain CRM accuracy (Salesforce)
- Represent A2MAC1 during industry events and customer workshops
- Prepare high-quality proposals, commercial documents, and forecasts
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the automotive sector
- Proven track record of managing a sales pipeline and closing deals
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Previous experience working with German OEMs/Tier-1s is highly valued
- Fluent in German and English (French is a plus)
- Familiar with CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus)
- Based in Germany (Munich preferred) and willing to travel regularly
