About the role
- Coordinate and facilitate subject-specific working groups for training development.
- Develop detailed design documents and storyboards for web-based training.
- Support subject-matter experts with the ADDIE process, adult learning theory, and multimedia best practices.
- Coordinate outreach to library program development personnel.
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of literature, research, and existing courses as assigned.
- Conduct instruction delivery and facilitation of professional development topics to management-level personnel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the curriculum design space.
- Clearance Requirement : Must be able to pass a DOD background investigation, current DOD background investigation preferred.
