About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technical delivery team.
- Lead quality assurance activities throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Elicit and document business requirements, manage the Agile product backlog, coordinate user acceptance testing, validate solution quality, and ensure software releases meet requirements.
- Collaborate closely with project leadership, software developers, and stakeholders to support the development, enhancement, modernization, and maintenance of enterprise business applications using Agile methodologies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience performing business analysis for enterprise information systems.
- Minimum of three (3) years supporting Agile software development projects.
- Experience developing business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience supporting software testing and User Acceptance Testing.
- Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar Agile lifecycle management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier 2 (Moderate Risk) Background Investigation.
