About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical leadership for the design, development, modernization, integration, security, and lifecycle management of enterprise applications.
Serve as the principal technical authority for the application portfolio.
Establish technical strategy, solution architecture, engineering standards, and modernization roadmaps.
Working closely with the Program Manager, Senior Lead Developer, Business Analyst / QA Lead, and Government stakeholders.
Provide architectural oversight, mentor technical staff, and support modernization initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience designing, developing, and implementing enterprise software solutions.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience serving in a technical leadership or solution architecture role.
Experience leading Agile software development teams.
Experience designing cloud-based application architectures using Microsoft Azure.
Experience with enterprise system integration and RESTful API design.
Strong understanding of modern software architecture principles and secure software development practices.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier 2 (Moderate Risk) Background Investigation.
