Key responsibilities & impact

Provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families
Support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relational challenges
Build a caseload (goal: 20+ clients/week within 6 months)

Participate in weekly supervision (group + triadic as needed)
Collaborate with a supportive clinical team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Registered Associate with CA BBS (AMFT, ACSW, APCC)
Master’s degree in related field
Malpractice insurance
Strong clinical and documentation skills
