About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and manage the annual budgeting process, monthly financial forecasting, and development/maintenance of supporting financial models and tools.
  • Partner proactively with departmental leaders to ensure alignment with budgeted plans and support their financial decision-making.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, identify trends, and analyze the causes of variances, assessing their impact on the business.
  • Collaborate closely with operational teams to surface actionable insights and drive improved business outcomes through analytics.
  • Prepare and deliver ad hoc analyses and custom financial reports to support business objectives.
  • Produce weekly, quarterly, and monthly financial reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Utilize business intelligence tools and dashboards to enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support evolving business needs.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience, including director-level responsibilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required.
  • Interest in or experience with AI tools.
  • Strong organizational abilities and highest standards for accuracy and precision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Creative thinker, highly driven and self-motivated.
  • Demonstrated hands-on approach to problem-solving and delivering analytical insights.
  • Leadership experience in a management capacity with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
  • CPA preferred, but not required.
