About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for coordinating flow for communication between Haulers/Delivery Teams/Flatbed Drivers, Call Center and Local Client Management Teams
Provides on-site presence on daily, weekly, or bi-weekly basis
Oversees recruiting, processing, and performance of Haulers
Develops and maintains relations with vendors
Ensures follow up on shipping discrepancies, damaged goods and in-home damage claims
Interfaces with end customers to ensure effective in-home delivery
Maintains monthly operation reports

Requirements

What you’ll need

Last Mile management experience strongly preferred
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Excellent mathematical skills
Ability to analyze technical and scientific journals
Strong problem solving and reasoning abilities
