About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ownership of the operational strategy and execution across Ocean and Logistics.
- Implementing new and additional business with the customer.
- Drive improvements and efficiencies creating value to the customer and Maersk.
- Understanding of the customer’s supply chain strategy and needs.
- Identifying efficiency and optimization initiatives to increase profitability /reduce cost to serve.
- Engaging with 3rd Party / Non-Maersk partners ensuring effective service delivery.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in Client Program Manager or another global role is preferred.
- Knowledge of Maersk's operational structure and functionality (systems, products).
- Ability to see and act on both the big picture and daily operational issues.
- Ability to manage stakeholders at various levels in the organization.
- Proficiency in continuous improvement techniques and a metric-driven approach.
- Customer-centricity.
