Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of HR experience
3+ years in a strategic HR Business Partner or advisory role
Substantial HR leadership or senior HRBP experience
Demonstrated experience leading and developing cross-regional teams
Proven track record supporting large-scale frontline workforces
Regional LATAM experience within complex matrix organisations
Strong working knowledge of labour law and industrial relations
Fluent communication in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
Hands-on, resilient, and execution-oriented
