About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the onsite HR point of contact for employees and managers
  • Provide timely HR support via HR systems, email, and face-to-face interaction
  • Guide employees and managers on HR tools and self-service systems
  • Maintain HR data quality, including employee records and HR documentation
  • Coordinate onboarding, probation reviews, performance management, and offboarding
  • Support recruitment for operational and support roles
  • Handle employee relations issues with focus on frontline/blue-collar employees
  • Support audits, HR reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 3 years of HR Operations experience*
  • Working knowledge of local labor law, PIT, and social insurance
  • Experience with HR systems (Workday is a plus)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-handling skills
  • Experience working in factory or warehouse environments is highly preferred
  • Good English communication skills and proficiency in MS Office
