People Advisor

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the onsite HR point of contact for employees and managers
- Provide timely HR support via HR systems, email, and face-to-face interaction
- Guide employees and managers on HR tools and self-service systems
- Maintain HR data quality, including employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate onboarding, probation reviews, performance management, and offboarding
- Support recruitment for operational and support roles
- Handle employee relations issues with focus on frontline/blue-collar employees
- Support audits, HR reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 years of HR Operations experience*
- Working knowledge of local labor law, PIT, and social insurance
- Experience with HR systems (Workday is a plus)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-handling skills
- Experience working in factory or warehouse environments is highly preferred
- Good English communication skills and proficiency in MS Office
