Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver digital products and capabilities that work in real operational environments
Translate business needs into clear product scope
Collaborate with engineering teams and terminal stakeholders
Gather, document, and prioritise business requirements
Maintain a close connection with end-users to understand product usage
Own and prioritise the product backlog
Maintain and communicate the product roadmap
Define test cases and acceptance criteria
Track product performance metrics and KPIs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in digital product development
Background in terminal operations, maritime, or port technology
Hands-on experience working with engineering and development teams in an Agile delivery model
Strong stakeholder management experience
Technical and analytical mindset with a user-centric approach
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field
Ability to influence without formal authority
Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Office 365
