- Translate business needs into clear product scope
- Collaborate with engineering teams and terminal stakeholders
- Gather, document, and prioritise business requirements
- Maintain a close connection with end-users to understand product usage
- Own and prioritise the product backlog
- Maintain and communicate the product roadmap
- Define test cases and acceptance criteria
- Track product performance metrics and KPIs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in digital product development
- Background in terminal operations, maritime, or port technology
- Hands-on experience working with engineering and development teams in an Agile delivery model
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Technical and analytical mindset with a user-centric approach
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field
- Ability to influence without formal authority
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Office 365
