About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for the strategic planning, marketing and execution of the product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Execute product vision and strategy: gather user requirements, create a product roadmap, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage product launches, and analyze product performance.
  • Communicate product value propositions to improve customer understanding and commercial impact.
  • Guide sales teams across relevant verticals to support product growth and volume targets.
  • Deliver product training for LCL, FCL, CRM (Insurance) and related solutions.
  • Increase pipeline volume and quality for assigned products across the area.
  • Analyze lost opportunities and drive initiatives to enhance competitiveness.
  • Support onboarding of new customers and act as the first escalation point when needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain products (LCL, FCL, Insurance).
  • Commercial mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in sales, business development or product management in logistics or freight forwarding.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and general IT literacy.
  • Data-driven analytical skills.
  • Visionary and strategic thinker.
  • Native French speaker and fluent English required.
  • Spanish is a plus.
  • Understanding of P&L.
