About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive strategic sourcing and hands-on procurement execution across European LTL and FTL networks
- Act as a key business partner, ensuring cost efficiency, service quality, and network scalability
- Execute sourcing events, tenders, and negotiations
- Manage carrier onboarding and agreements
- Oversee carrier network across Europe
- Drive KPI performance (OTIF, cost, service quality)
- Ensure contract compliance and optimisation
- Leverage data for pricing and sourcing decisions
- Align closely with Product teams (MGF, LCL, MEC)
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years in procurement, logistics, or road freight
- Strong LTL / FTL and European network experience
- Commercial and negotiation expertise
- Data-driven mindset with analytical strength
- Structured, proactive, and execution-focused
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
