About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own financial reporting at Gross Profit (GP) and EBIT level, ensuring accuracy and transparency
- Lead month-end processes, including reporting, review, and required adjustments
- Translate operational performance into financial insights to support decision-making
- Partner with site leadership and Finance Business Partners to ensure correct cost and revenue recognition
- Provide profitability transparency across customers, products, and sites
- Analyse margins, trends, and productivity to identify risks and opportunities
- Drive compliance and governance through internal audits and adherence to best practices
- Deliver forward-looking analysis to support planning and performance improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in a financial reporting or controlling role
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience with data analysis
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Solid understanding of financial processes and performance management
- The ability to communicate clearly and engage stakeholders across functions
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
